Photographed here at my home in the gully, one of my favourite places to shoot.
The Ubergang kids arrived ready to explore.
They ran, climbed and laughed while I documented the afternoon as it naturally unfolded.
Where They’re Free to Be
This Fleeting Age
This session began with a newly one-year-old taking it all in from the safety of Mum and Dad’s arms.
Before long, curiosity took over.
Wobbly steps, proud claps and bright little smiles filled the afternoon as her personality emerged.
This session unfolded in an open field as the evening light turned warm.
Tommy wandered through the grass, returning often for cuddles with Mum and Dad before setting off again.
A gentle, golden evening preserved just as it was.
As the Light Turned Gold
This session came at the end of a long day, with some very tired little ones.
We slowed everything down, made space for breaks and followed their lead.
With patience, play and a little help from Dad, the smiles returned.
